reviewing transactions for compliance with concentration control regulations,
preparing notifications of the intention to concentrate to be filed with the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection and with the European Union,
assistance with competition compliance programmes, as well as analysing and reviewing commercial policies for compliance with competition protection rules and regulations,
representing clients in proceedings before the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, the Competition and Consumer Protection Court and the European Commission,
analysing and reviewing commercial policies, including marketing activities, for compliance with the provisions of consumer law and regulations regarding the fight against unfair competition.
